What are stainless steel grills?

While Cooking with a stainless steel barbecue you might not get the same levels heat as from a cast iron grill, but stainless steel gas grills make up for it with heat retention. Stainless steel barbecue grill is much more resilient and durable to withstand harsher elements like sun, rain, wind and salt. The stainless-steel grates will darken with extended usage, but this is considered normal, and you can simply remove it by wiping it with a brush if desired. The grill also needs no clean up since the steel needs no oiling, which makes maintenance a whole lot easier. The stainless-steel grills tend to be bigger than those of cast iron, but this is for a good reason because they need to be able to retain enough heat to cook/sear the food. For those looking for long-lasting, low-maintenance, high-performing grills, than stainless-steel are highly recommended
